George Will attacked John McCain’s climate proposal by claiming: “(the World Meteorological Organization says global temperatures have not risen in a decade)” That quote cannot be found in any of the Organizations reports and is clearly fabricated as their data and NASA’s data shows that the Earth’s temperature has an upward trend during the decade.
