This is a presentation given at Ecofest 2015 by Darrel Hart, Mark Shobe, and J.C. Moore. It is designed to promote the Citizens’ Climate Lobby carbon fee and dividend proposal as it is the best way to build the political will to address climate change. Part 1. of the presentation was  on the Science of Climate Change and explained the urgent need to address climate change. Part 2. was on a bipartisan way to address climate change as described in the presentation below:
